Step 5: Create a content calendar
[progressally_objectives]
You’ll need to be consistent and know exactly when and where you want to publish your content. A key mistake for all content strategies is lack of planning, so it’s imperative to use a content calendar to schedule the content. Starting out, when you’re using a couple of platforms, can use an online calendar and simply assign due dates for each piece of content there. That’s the simplest technique, but if you’re publishing a lot of content, and have to manage a content team and the production workflow you’ve decided on, you’ll likely want more features. We’ve provided for you a spreadsheet that’s a nice in-between from an online calendar and a more progressive tool.
