Gather your auditing team to define questions, lines of inquiry and data points to develop a quantitative and qualitative reckoning of how your organization upholds diversity and inclusion goals and ideals.
While every organization will have its own approach, review the following sample equity audit for questions stakeholders should be able to answer regarding your association’s:

Stakeholders need to answer as many questions as possible to be able to compile the most comprehensive results from the audit.
To automate the audit process, consider using a program such as Google Forms or SurveyMonkey to develop, distribute to stakeholders, and compile the results of any surveys that are part of the audit.
