It lowers the barrier to entry for speakers.

Consider partnering with a production company to help with video and post-production work.
There will most likely be a need for video editing after recording is complete and submitted. Verbal stumbles can be removed, shots can be alternated to make the video more engaging, and graphics and captions can be added. There are many video editing tools options.
